At Rovique, we stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to providing dependable support for our customers.

This Limited Warranty applies to products purchased directly from Rovique or an authorized retailer.


Limited Warranty Coverage

Rovique warrants that its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of:

1-Year Limited Warranty

Coverage begins on the original date of purchase.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.


What Is Covered

This warranty covers manufacturing defects including:

  • Defective frame components

  • Structural defects

  • Defective hardware

  • Manufacturing-related wheel defects

  • Faulty mechanisms or moving parts resulting from manufacturing errors

If a defect covered under this warranty is confirmed, Rovique may, at its sole discretion:

  • Repair the product

  • Replace the defective component

  • Replace the product with the same or comparable model


What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Cosmetic damage

  • Scratches, stains, fading, or discoloration

  • Tire and wheel wear from regular use

  • Fabric wear resulting from normal use

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, abuse, accidents, or improper storage

  • Damage caused by unauthorized modifications or repairs

  • Commercial or rental use

  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers


Replacement Parts

Certain replacement parts may be provided under warranty when applicable.

Replacement parts supplied under warranty do not extend the original warranty period.

Please include:

  • Order Number

  • Full Name

  • Product Name

  • Description of the Issue

  • Photos or Videos Showing the Defect

Our team will review your claim and respond with next steps.


Warranty Evaluation

Rovique reserves the right to inspect submitted photos, videos, or the product itself before approving a warranty claim.

Additional information may be requested during the review process.


Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rovique shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use its products.

The remedies described in this warranty are the sole and exclusive remedies available to the customer.
