This Limited Warranty applies to products purchased directly from Rovique or an authorized retailer.
Rovique warrants that its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of:

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects including:
Defective frame components
Structural defects
Defective hardware
Manufacturing-related wheel defects
Faulty mechanisms or moving parts resulting from manufacturing errors
If a defect covered under this warranty is confirmed, Rovique may, at its sole discretion:
Repair the product
Replace the defective component
Replace the product with the same or comparable model
This warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear
Cosmetic damage
Scratches, stains, fading, or discoloration
Tire and wheel wear from regular use
Fabric wear resulting from normal use
Damage caused by misuse, neglect, abuse, accidents, or improper storage
Damage caused by unauthorized modifications or repairs
Commercial or rental use
Products purchased from unauthorized sellers
Certain replacement parts may be provided under warranty when applicable.
Replacement parts supplied under warranty do not extend the original warranty period.

The remedies described in this warranty are the sole and exclusive remedies available to the customer.
