At Rovique, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Please review our return and refund policy below.


Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be in new and unused condition

  • Be returned in their original packaging

  • Include all original accessories, manuals, and components

  • Show no signs of excessive use, damage, or alteration

Rovique reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Products marked as non-returnable

  • Items damaged due to misuse, abuse, or improper assembly

  • Replacement parts and accessories that have been opened or used


Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at:

Please include:

  • Order Number

  • Full Name

  • Product Name

  • Reason for Return

  • Photos (if applicable)

Our team will provide return instructions once your request has been reviewed.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.


Return Shipping Costs

Customer-Initiated Returns

If you are returning an item for reasons other than product defects or shipping damage, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

Defective or Damaged Products

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, Rovique will cover the cost of replacement shipping or return shipping when applicable.

Please notify us within 7 days of delivery.


Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Please note that your financial institution may require additional processing time before the refund appears on your account.


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges.

If you would like a different product, color, or model, please return the eligible item and place a new order.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipment.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the standard return procedure.


Refused Deliveries

Orders refused upon delivery without prior authorization may be subject to return shipping fees and restocking charges.
