Shipping Destinations

Rovique currently ships within the United States.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping through our website. Additional shipping regions may become available in the future.


Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been received.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During peak seasons, promotions, product launches, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.


Shipping Rates

Stroller Wagons & Large Products

We offer FREE standard shipping on all stroller wagons and qualifying large products within the continental United States.

Accessories & Parts

Shipping costs for accessories and replacement parts are calculated at checkout based on the order value, weight, and destination.

Free shipping promotions may apply during special events or campaigns.

After your order has been processed, estimated delivery times are:

Order Tracking

Rovique is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers after an order has been dispatched.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been shipped, additional shipping fees may apply for redelivery or address correction.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost during transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery or the expected delivery date.

  • Photos of the package and product (if damaged)

  • Description of the issue

We will work with the carrier to help resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
